Define ring size & fitting set
flaw measures the inside diameter of each ring for sizing. One way to select the appropriate ring size is to measure the inside diameter of a ring that fits comfortably. Another way is to be measured at a jewelry store. As a wide ring may require a larger size, try to measure a ring that resembles the width of the ring you wish to acquire. If this is not possible, we advise adding to your usual ring size 0,5 mm for Skint narrow and 1 mm for both Skint wide and Cell.
Rings come in full and half sizes (16, 16,5, 17 mm…) except for Exoskeleton, which is available only in full sizes (16, 17 mm…).
Before producing your ring, we can send a set of plastic mock-up rings to determine the exact fitting of your ring. This service is available on the product page by clicking the ‘order fitting set’ link. To proceed, choose your expected ring size and continue with payment and checkout. We will then send you a mock-up of the size you have ordered plus two sizes larger and smaller. Once you determine and email us your exact size we will begin to produce your ring. Differences in price due to size changes will be recalculated at that time. This service is provided free of charge, but we ask you to cover the cost of returning the fitting set to us.
Ordering & payment
Select the jewelry that you wish to order and add the item to your shopping cart. At any point during your visit you may select the ‘checkout’ button to enter payment information and complete your purchase. You can pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) and Paypal. Our SSL procedure is secure and will process your credit card information safely. You will receive a confirmation by email once payment is received.
Creditcard payment is only possible up to € 2.500,- (± $ 2.800,-). If you pay with Bank transfer you will recieve a mail from our paymentservice Mollie with payment instructions. After you paid the required amount, you will recieve a conformation email from flaw.

Prices and shipping
Within the European Union: All prices are in Euros, VAT 21% included. There are no additional costs for standard shipping.
Rest of the world: All prices are in US Dollars, no VAT included. The purchaser is responsible for all taxes and duties imposed by their country of residence. There are no additional costs for standard shipping.
Shipping takes place with the standard service provided by PostNL. There are no additional costs for standard shipping. After your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. Your order can only be delivered to you personally and will require confirmation of receipt. If you are not at home to receive your package you can use your tracking number to arrange delivery at your convenience.
Within Europe delivery takes an average of three days with PostNL. Outside of Europe takes between ten to fifteen days. For faster service, only available for outside Europe, choose our DHL Express shipping option when checking out. DHL Express delivery costs an extra € 65,- .
Each flaw piece is custom made with the utmost care by our goldsmith. On average, production time takes three weeks. If production time takes more than 30 days you will be notified via email.

To process a return as quickly as possible, we ask you to:

3. Customers are responsible for items until flaw recieves them, we therefore recommend insuring the package. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. flaw is not responsible for damage, loss or theft during the return process.
Right of withdrawal: After purchasing products the consumer has the right to cancel the agreement without giving reasons during 14 days.

• Intention to return an order must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
• Returned orders must reach us in perfect condition and in original packaging.
• Once we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation email within 3 business days.
• Your purchase will be refunded within 14 days after we have received your return.
• The refund will be processed to the same account as which you paid with.
• Items bought online are non-refundable in other stores.
flaw pays the utmost attention to production and shipping. If unfortunately something went wrong with your order, you can claim repair up till 3 months after receipt. Please contact email@example.com. This guarantee does not apply to wear or breakage due to misuse.
